I know how lovely it is to find a bit of 'me' time in my schedule.  This is where I come in to help you. Local and convenient my dedicated treatment room is a calming and welcoming space where you can truly feel at ease.

Over 25 years experience.  Therapist, trainer and industry advisor.

I have been helping clients all my working life. From beginning in a beauty salon to retraining in Holistic Therapies, I have combined clients with teaching; studying and raisng a family.

Since 2014 I have been based in my dedicated ground floor treatment room in Sandhurst, Berkshire. My business has emerged in two parts Holistic therapies and Beauty therapies. I love the variety that this brings to my working day.

Mission

My mission is to help you feel better when leaving my treatment room than you arrived! Whether that be helping with physical or emotional pain, rebalancing your body systems or advising on skincare. I’ve spent many years developing and teaching my various therapies. Whenever I am looking to do something that involves my body I look for experience and knowledge first of all to make that decision.

I specialise in four main areas

  • Specialist Waxing

 I am trained with International Health and Beauty Council (IHBC) , International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapists (IIHHT) and the Craniosacral Therapy Edication Trust.  I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and British Association of Beauty Therapists and Cosmetologists (BABTAC). Some people with private health policies may be able to claim for Refelexology treatments.

In 2020 I qualified in Craniosacral therapy after attending a two year, 700 hours practitioner training course in London. I have also completed post-graduate training in working with pregnancy, mothers and babies In 2025 I developed Craniosacral Lymphatic release™(CLR)- a unique treatment to support your immune system, enhance lymphatic flow and stimulate vagus nerve function.
