Yes
If your weight exceeds 26 stone (165kg) , please contact me before booking so that we can discuss safely treating you
I have invested in a fully electric couch, this has a weight limit of 165kg.

Passes for courses of treatments are offered at a preferential rate.
Passes are valid for six months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise states.
Passes are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to give time for the appointment to be offered to another client.
You can reschedule your booking prior to 72 hours using the "manage reservation" button on your reservation confirmation email.
Please give maximum notice wherever possible, so the appointment can be utilised by another client.
I am unable to offer refunds on treatments due to a change of mind, but I am happy to discuss an alternative treatment of equal value.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, but over 24 hours, 50% of the booking shall become payable. The remaining 50% will be credited back to your customer account and be available to use for a further booking.
The full cost of the booked treatment will become payable for appointments that are missed without 24 hours notice.
In the case of illness, please contact me at the first opportunity, I will use discretion on an individual basis. I may require proof of illness.

I understand that occasionally appointments need to be rescheduled. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than once, please contact me to discuss. I will use discretion based on individual circumstances.

Please arrive punctually. You will need to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time and then ring the doorbell. I may be unable to answer the door immediately if I am with a client, please be patient and I will attend to you at the earliest opportunity. Initial appointments will include a consultation (you will be sent a health form electronically in advance of your appointment). Your appointment time includes client preparation and aftercare

If you are running late, please let me know asap. When you arrive, I will be flexible and carry out as much o f the booked treatment as the remaining time allows.

In any other circumstances I will endeavour to reach a satisfactory agreement in the form of a credit against treatments or alternative products.
If a client changes their mind about a treatment I am unable to offer a refund. However if sufficient notice (over 72 hours) is given I would be happy to discuss options: including: changing treatment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

However I reserve the right to decline moving an appointment multiple times and this may become chargeable. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than once, please contact me to discuss. Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased for any amount over £15 and allows the recipient to select appropriate treatments of their choice. When purchasing a gift card, please ensure that you have selected the correct recipient ( you may want to choose to email the voucher yourself to avoid spoiling a surprise.) Please note that unless you select to email to yourself the recipient will receive an email to tell them they have a gift card. Please select the correct option to avoid spoiling your surprise. Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months.
Client Property
I cannot accept any responsibility for client’s property brought onto the premises. Some treatments may involve removing jewellery , please leave precious items in a safe place and consider leaving them at home.
